This should be issued in quadruplicate:
-original: Customer
-doubled for the Internal Revenue Service
-tripled tax control
-quadrupled:
executive for collection To request invoice
must meet the following requirements: 1 .-
RUT or submit notarized copy of the natural person or legal entity whose name is to issue the bill. 2 .-
identity card of the person making the purchase and the document must be recorded against this background. 3 .-
the person who issued the document must be VAT taxpayers.
* The bill has no minimum issue amount.
