With the excuse of following the debut of the new association of immigrants from Balmaseda, mubel ELKARTEA during the 2nd week Intercultural Balmaseda; Millantú occurred in this city with what purported to be a small sample of Chilean dances. The days passed and the trials, adding more and more dances, Angélica we added their participation as a presenter and host of the event, and Diego with his flute and the music of Violeta Parra moved north to RUN RUN largest among others.
Interspersing information about Chile, its origins, culture huasa, nortino, Easter Island, etc.. The dances were flowing one after another, putting on a show than an hour that hit all and sundry.
Our fledgling dancers with more experience have had a great performance with our huasos. The especially with the dancing girls showed off pascuence. And most shocking was that many "hear" and "understood" for the first time the poems Neruda, so earthly and human.
At the end of the afternoon gave way to live together in a bar opposite the legendary Balmaseda medieval Church San Severino, and the obligatory walk through the narrow streets and admire the bridge.
