RECORD OF CURRENT REGIONAL

In the city of Corrientes, capital, nine (9) day of June 2007, being the eleven hours thirty minutes in the Hall "Juan B. Alberdi" Bar of the First District Current court, meeting of the Regional Colleges of FACA Coast, attended by delegates of the following associations:
College of Entre Rios, Dr.
Carrazza Leandro, College of Reconquista, Dr. Fabián Lorenzini; Formosa Association, Drs. Pablo Cordoba, and Guillermo Caballero López, College of Rosario, Dr. Marcelo Muiños, Council of Resistance, Drs. Daniel Fornies and Miriam Ramirez. Likewise, it is present the President of the Youth Committee of the College of Corrientes, Dr. Jorge Meza. Finally, we proceed to address the following agenda: 1) Incorporation of the Association of the Regional Coastal Currents of FACA. Unanimously the incorporation of the College of Corrientes (Capital) to the Regional Coastal FACA. It is proposed to extend the invitation to other Colleges within the province. 2) election strategies with a view to the 2008 elections. It is proposed to defer the treatment of the subject with proximity to the elections of March 2008. Approving the moción.3) Strategies for Regional Working from the Subcommittee of membership, Pension and Welfare Fund. Dr. Fornies says the work of the joining together of FACA Committee on the pension system and reports on a form developed to meet the pension situation of each school. Intends to send to the Secretariat of the CNJ Faca to circulate it by email to all the schools. 4) Proposal for logo design Regional: Dr. Pablo Córdoba says the need to have a logo that identifies us as Regional FACA. Undertakes to send by mail an outline of the logo. 5) Status of professional fees in the province of Corrientes. Dr. Jorge Meza says Current situation regarding professional fees. It intends to develop an opinion on the situation of professional fees in the province. Since the eighteen-half hours, is given by finazalida the meeting of the Regional Coastal FACA.

OPINION

In the city of Corrientes Capital, on the ninth day of June two thousand seven, gathered at the Regional del Litoral, with presence of the Bar of the First District of Corrientes, Reconquista Bar Association, Bar Council of the First District of the Chaco, Formosa Bar Association, Bar Association of Entre Rios, and bars of Rosario (Santa Fe ). 1 °) thank the Commission Directors of the Bar of the First District, the possibility of participation and integration of the Young Lawyers Committee, the Coastal Region.

2 °) urge to favor the continuation of this school youth in both the regional and national meetings of the FACA.

3 °) invite young people from this school at the Third Plenary Annual Young Lawyers Committee FACA, to be held in the city of Morón on 30 June, for the purpose of considering the existing problems around the project Law Reform fees.
